Frequently Asked Questions
- What size storage units are available?
- Storage units come in a variety of sizes ranging from (5' by 5')
to (30' by 30'). Other types of storage available include outside
storage, covered storage, climate control, boat storage, office warehouse
and retail office space. Our on-site managers can describe all of
the variations at thier facility and at other BLWT
locations.

- Who has access to my storage unit?
- The renter provides their own lock and key and will not provide
a key to the site manager.

- What is the minimum amount of time I can rent?
- Rentals will be in monthly contracts.

- Is there a security deposit?
- A small security deposit will be required and is refundable after
the storage unit is vacated and broom cleaned.

- Are there any additional fees I will be charged?
- There is a $5 administration fee at move-in time.

- Are my goods insured?
- BLWT does not insure the contents
being stored. However, tenant insurance is available through independent
insurers. The site manager will provide a brochure and information
about tenant insurance offerings.
