Policies

The renter provides his own lock and key and will not provide a key to the site manager.

Rentals will be in monthly contracts.

A small security deposit will be required and is refundable after the storage unit is vacated and broom cleaned.

There is a $5 administration fee at move-in time.

An access code is provided to gain entry to the facility at facilities with automated gates.

All entry and exit is monitored.
